Gleesons Townhouse & Restaurant
Gleeson’s Café & Townhouse was established on 23 July 1991 with just five guest bedrooms and a coffee shop . By 1998 Gleeson’s Townhouse had 20 bedrooms, a restaurant and a function room providing breakfasts, lunches and an a la carte menu up to 9.00 pm at night. The function room can cater for weddings, parties, meetings, etc.It has become a social focal point for the community, a meeting place and a tourist gem Tourists who come upon Gleeson’s by design or chance are invariably treated to a unique Irish welcome, with the Gleeson family going out of their way to introduce the visitors to the charms of Roscommon.
